Great location! Nice units with private freshwater pool. Great maintenance and privacy with electric gate to private parking lot.

Had a wonderful time, the apartment is very spacious and comfortable, no faults at all. The pool is lovely! We always had an instant response from the owner/manager very quickly and theynweret very helpful. Great location, you can book tours at the operator across the road, Avestra tours, for a reasonable price. Not in the centre but in more tranquil area which was a bonus for us.

Charming and comfortable spot close enough to the action to stay active but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. Great view from our 4th-floor-bedroom balcony even in the furthest-back apartment. Amenities were solid and the washer/dryer in our unit was a major blessing. We will absolutely be trying to get a spot here again if we're lucky enough to re-visit the island.

Really, really enjoyed our stay here. 5 stars for price/value & location. Excellent pool area. Walkable to plenty of food & drink options. Can snorkel right off the dock across the street. Great for sunsets! Excellent communication from owners. Highly recommend!

We stay here 6 months during winters. Love these spacious villas with beautifully kept gated grounds and an exceptionally clean pool. Humming birds and wild parrots are abundant. Just a stones throw to the sea with stunning ocean sunsets from the balcony. Cecelia is very accommodating providing whatever you might need. As divers it is convenient to be within walking distance to Papa Hogs a fabulous dive shop and restaurant with their 6 pax fast boats. Villas Mayaluum is approximately a 20 minute walk south of town or <5 taxi. There are several places to eat also within walking distance.

We found this originally on AirBnB but we booked directly with them. We were a group of 3 adults and 2 children. Nice and safe location. Great pool that is not heated but kept our little ones happy when we were done with the beach. Very friendly staff that we worked with mostly over email. Secure parking and had everything that we needed. We paid less then AirBnB but this is likely due to the AirBnB fees not being included in the price. We hope to be back next year.

A fantastic place to stay long term. Secure and safe. Management is highly responsive to needs and maintenance issues. All units are furnished. The grounds are well kept and the pool is the perfect place to relax. Close enough to everything in Cozumel but far enough away to "get away". Kid friendly with a mix of residents and vacationers.

The room was very spacious; we had 1 king size and 2 twin sizes. The room overall had everything that you would need. The only complaints were that the room could be cleaner and the internet was very slow. The kitchen and fridge were a bit dirty. I don’t know if the internet was an overall issue, because it might have been for our room specifically. However, the overall stay was well; we had great sleep, the sofas were very comfortable and as I said before, it was very big. I would totally recommend this!
